Some preliminary elaborations . The first application developed in the present study refers simply to the use of the elements of the new seismogenic zonation as superficial plain sources, in agreement with the Italian seismic hazard map MPS04 (Gruppo di Lavoro, 2004; Stucchi et al. , 2011), both without (Fig. 1b) and with (Fig. 1c) considering the specific tectonic style of the different SZs. For this and the following analyses, an earthquake catalogue has been assembled using the data contained in the catalogues CPTI11 (Rovida et al. , 2011), CSI (Castello et al. , 2006), and ISIDe (ISIDe Working Group, 2011); the dependent events have been eliminated by the space and time declustering algorithm of Gardner and Knopoff (1974).
