GNGTS 2023 - Atti del 41° Convegno Nazionale

Session 1.1 - POSTER GNGTS 2023 Fig.3: example of PlanetScope pre- and post-event images. Slope movements are clustered along a road. The expected results will allow us to evaluate the attenuation of the intensity with distance and compare the results obtained with other seismic events already analysed using the ESI-07 intensity scale in the area (Velázquez-Bucio et al., 2021), and globally. Additionally, the distribution of the effects on the natural environment can be compared to damage on the built environment caused either by recent and past earthquakes, eventually resulting in the identification of systematic differences; this output may provide useful data for the evaluation of seismic risk in this highly active area.
