The velocity feld is expressed in the ITRF2014 reference frame, with respect to the Eurasian plate (Altamimi et al., 2017). The combinaton procedure described in Devot et al., 2017, is based on a linear least-squares approach, where we consider each velocity feld as a sample of the true velocity feld and the combined velocity as the best estmate of the true velocity feld. The combined soluton allows a validaton of the velocity feld by assessing the velocity repeatability of velocites at the common sites and minimize the probability of including biased velocites.
