Here the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions about the GNGTS Conference

The abstract needs to be written in English?

Yes, the abstract needs to be written in English.

The presentation needs to be in English?

No, the presentation can be done either in English or in Italian, with a preference for English.

Is there any template to use for slides or poster?

Yes, you can donwload it here: https://gngts.ogs.it/content/instructions-authors-templates-logo.

Is it compulsory to use the template?

No, it's recommended.

Which format should the poster be?

Due to the size of the supports, we require a 65x120 cm poster format. If you download the templates from the website it should work.

How can I have the attendance certificate?

The certificate will be sent via email in pdf format to all the participants who requested it during the registration, as soon as possible after the Conference.

Will the Conference be streamed online?

No, it's an in person event. We believe in the importance of meeting in person the members of the Community.

Can I present my work remotely in case I can not come in Bologna?

No, we accept exclusively in presence presentations. If, after your abstract has been accepted, you are not anymore able to attend the Conference, please inform the Secretariat as soon as possible, so the program can be modified.

Is there a fee to be paid for the Conference?

No, the participation is free of charge for everybody.

Which format should the poster be?
