Here the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions about the 2025 GNGTS Conference

Yes, you can register for the Conference at this link. You can also register on site, but for organisational reasons we would appreciate if you fill in the form.

No, the participation is free of charge for everybody.

The certificate will be sent via email in pdf format to all the participants who requested it during the registration, as soon as possible after the Conference.

No, it’s an in person event. We believe in the importance of meeting in person the members of the Community.

There will be a front-desk where you will upload your presentation, at least 1-2 hours before your presentation. It will be not possible to upload the presentation directly in the room.

The presentation should be 10-12 minutes long, with 3-5 minutes for Q&A. We therefore suggest a maximum number of slides of 10-15.

No, we accept exclusively in presence presentations. If, after your abstract has been accepted, you are not anymore able to attend the Conference, please inform the Secretariat as soon as possible, so the program can be modified. In case you don’t come to Bologna, your abstract will not be included in the Conference proceedings.

No, the presentation can be done either in English or in Italian, with a preference for English.
