We are ready for the GNGTS 2023 Conference!
We are glad to share with you some practical info you may need before the Conference.
How to reach the Conference Venue?
The Conference will be held at the University of Bologna, in the Belmeloro Campus, via Andreatta 8.
From Bologna Airport, the Marconi Express monorail departs every 8 minutes for the Central AV Station in 8 minutes, cost one way 11 Euros, round trip 20 Euros.
From the Central AV Station, for the city centre cross the station via the pedestrian underpass. On the opposite side of the Station square (Medaglie d’Oro), bus 32 (cost 1.50 Euros, free with Marconi Express ticket) to Porta S. Vitale in 10 minutes (or 26 minutes on foot).
Registrations and prensentations upload
The registration desk will be open from 8.30 a.m. of Tuesday, 7th of February 2023 and it will be possible to register anytime during the Conference.
Authors are required to upload their presentations at the desk close to the registration desk, at least one hour before the time of the presentation.
Scientific program
The scientific program is online! Check it out at this link. If you find any error please contact the Organising Committee at secretary_gngts@ogs.it.
Kindly note that, unlike the other editions, the program will not be printed and distributed during the Conference. It will be available exclusively online. This decision was undertaken to improve our efforts towards a more environmentally friendly Conference, we thank you for your patience for this.
Other info
To improve our efforts towards a more environmentally friendly Conference, we will not distribute water, and we encourage participants to bring their own bottle and refill it. We will distribute the name tag, but feel free to bring your own lanyard. If you don’t have one, we will provide it to you, but if you don’t need it after the Conference we will collect all the lanyards at the end, to use them again next year.
If you have a suitcase, you can leave it in the room where the registration desk is, but it will be unattended.
